CLUTCHING
IC date: May 22nd
Hanrak was sitting in his room when Dearyth just walked off, she didn't say anything, she just walked off, slightly humming to herself, so she seemed to be happy... But Hanrak was confused.
"Er, Dear what are you doing? Where are you going?"
Dearyth didn't reply back, she just took her time and walked away, now developing a little skip in her step along with the tune she was humnming gradually growing louder.
She was humming a lively song, her feet in time with her little song. Hanrak and her had first heard it at their hatching feast. He was suprised she still remembered it...
Hanrak still had no idea where Dearyth's ultimate destination was going to be. She was taking her time, and Hanrak still couldn't get a response out of her...
"Dear, Dear, where are you going? Where are we going? Hello...?"
Eventually he gave up and just followed her. It was only when they were close enough to their destination that the ground was getting hotter, that he realised.
"You are clutching now..."
Dearyth gave him the equivalent of a dragon smile and said, Took you long enough...
"Wha, why didn't you tell me before?"
You didn't need to know, I assumed you would have figured it out by now, I thought the flight kind of gave it away, you know, that I would be clutching.
"Well, apbt, but, ah *sigh*, you are right... I should have known, sorry my head isn't really here at the moment..."
By then they had got to the sands... Dearyth settled herself in the corner, sort of in the shadow of the grounds. Her belly rippled as she deposited one egg... Hanrak sat down near her, to wait...
