Personality:
Jasmine isn’t the type of person you want to meet in a dark allyway at night, not because he’s scary or anything like that, but because he is very, VERY inquisitive. For days, possibly months you would be pestered until you finally told him what you were doing there. And then he’d never let you live it down, not because he’s rude, but he’d just keep mentioning it. At all the wrong times.
If that didn’t seem annoying enough, Jasmine-Rodriguez is also a walking/talking encyclopaedia. He can tell you about anything, and he will, whether you want him to or not.
He also scrutinises very well. Being a healer, he has to notice if anything seems wrong, but no one’s perfect. Which to HealerJasmine means that there is something wrong with everyone, and he’ll mention it without much tact.
All in all he’s very annoying, but he’s got perfect table etiquette and dentil hygiene!
Appearance:
Jasmine-Rodriguez isn’t unattractive, but girls wouldn’t fawn over him. He’s tall, around 6’2” with a long and angular physique. He has muscle, but it only comes from standing for extended periods of time, apparently it takes a lot of work.
His eyes are a soft brown which contrast to his pale skin, which is quite different to the rest of his family, when they were alive (his mother is Satan so she doesn’t count as alive.). He has curly brown hair (loose curls rather than tight) and bushy eyebrows, with stubble usually appearing on his chin. He also has a huge Adams apple.
History:
Jasmine-Rodriguez came from a wealthy family, his dad was quite a successful sailor/fisherman when they were back at the seahold. But then his father was in a terrible accident, he lost his leg and was deemed unfit for the sea-life. To help hide his despair the family moved to Niget.
Being the youngest out of 5 children, Jasmine was always picked on because he was scrawny. As such he stopped playing with the children and started helping him mother around the house. Here starts his people issues.
His mother brought him up to be a gentleman, even though she had never mastered the art of tact, so it’s no wonder he’s so confronting. She was harsh and not at all nice, but she’d never let Jasmine out of the house, so he never knew she was unusually overbearing. All of his siblings disregarded professions so they could all stay in touch and not have to leave Niget. But Jasmine was always different and he threw all his efforts into getting out of the Hold, and he did this by becoming a healer.
He was training when his father died, claimed by death in his sleep. His siblings didn’t wait for him to get back, they ran the sailors funeral themselves. And crashed into a reef. They all died.
Now, even though HealerJasmine-Rodriguez has the means of getting away from Niget, there is no one to look after his mother. So he stays in Moonlit Weyr, close enough to get there if he’s needed but far enough away that his soul isn’t crushed by her overbearingness.

Appearance:
She is a rather tall green, her head on level with a sand's head, but her body overall is quite as small as any other green. Charity is not long, but she is thin. Her colouring is a dark forest green with a reddish- tinted muzzle and tail. Her sleek body and long neck (and facial features) give her a predatory look. Also, the savage look in her eyes stops other flitters from picking on hers.
